Krillion Unlimited game guide

Krillion Unlimited turns the Daily Dive's quick seven-question format into one complete 100-prompt descent. Every prompt is open ended: there are no multiple-choice buttons, and the answer you choose affects how far you sink. You can play Krillion Unlimited free in your browser and work through the current prompt bank. It is designed for a longer trivia challenge after the daily round is finished.

How the Krillion Unlimited game works

Select Begin Unlimited Descent above to enter the first round. A prompt appears, followed by a 25-second answer window. Type one valid response and send it before the timer reaches zero. The next prompt follows after the result, so a full run moves continuously through all 100 signals. This mode has no daily lock, no account requirement, and no hint button.

The questions ask for examples rather than a single memorized fact: a city, animal, invention, character, food, athlete, or another member of a broad category. A familiar answer may be valid, but an accurate answer that fewer people reach for can produce a stronger result. Answering the category shown matters more than forcing an obscure response that does not fit.

Rarity scoring rewards answers beyond the obvious

Krillion scores valid answers by rarity tier. Common signals begin at Plankton, while less expected responses can rise through Schooler, Rare, and Deep Cut. The best recognized tier is One in a Krillion. Higher tiers award more points and move the submarine farther down the depth gauge; an invalid or missed signal does not add to the descent. The goal is not simply to finish 100 questions, but to balance speed, accuracy, and originality across the whole run.

A practical strategy is to read the category first, reject the first answer that everyone is likely to submit, and then use a few seconds to find a specific alternative you still trust. Proper names, regional examples, and precise subtypes can help when they genuinely belong to the category. There is no bonus for typing extra words, so send one concise answer.

Unlimited mode compared with the Daily Dive

The free Daily Dive gives everyone the same seven prompts for the Beijing calendar day and includes one optional daily hint. Unlimited mode uses the larger 100-prompt bank, removes hints, and can be played without waiting for tomorrow. Both modes keep the same open-answer idea, 25-second answer windows, rarity tiers, and underwater score progression. Choose Daily when you want a short shared challenge; choose Unlimited when you want the full endurance run.

Your local progress is saved in the current browser, without a public personal profile. An eligible ranked run can publish its generated Guest alias, country or region code, and score on the Unlimited global leaderboard. Clearing site data or moving to another device can remove local progress. You can return to the Daily Dive at any time, or explore the themed game modes for chapter-based challenges about books, movies, and basketball.

What “Krillion infinite” and similar searches mean

Players sometimes search for Krillion infinite, unlimited Krillion, or Krillion game unlimitedwhen they want more than the seven daily prompts. Those phrases lead to this longer mode, but “infinite” is a nickname rather than a literal description. The current experience is a defined 100-prompt run, not an endless random generator. Finishing the bank produces a final score that can be compared with another attempt.

You may also see the phrase Krillion Unlimited gameused for the same experience. There is no separate download or premium edition behind that name. This page is the playable mode on the official Krillion site. New signals may be added as the game develops, but the page always uses the prompt bank currently available to the live game.

Answers, explanations, and the Daily archive

Want to check a category after playing? The official companion wiki lists the current prompt set with recognized examples in its Krillion Unlimited answersguide. Use it as a reference after a round, especially when you want to understand which kinds of responses the validator can recognize. Looking up every answer before submitting removes the recall challenge, so the guide is most useful for review, learning, and planning a later run.

The wiki also keeps a dated Krillion archivefor previous Daily Dive prompts. That archive is separate from the playable mode: the game stays here, while the wiki provides reference material and past entries. Searches such as krillion archive now point to that maintained calendar instead of a duplicate page with thinner content.
